- Choose your 2-3 favorite tactics (match the number of people in your group)
- Create REAL marketing materials for each tactic
- Design it for the Target Market
- Distribute it - Explain exactly how your target market will gain access to your marketing materials
- Create a Timeline to
- Launch your tactic
- Measure its performance (periodic checkpoints metric)
- Identify when your tactic will sucessfully meet/exceed your objective
- Identify the "Red Flag Zone" (when you will bail on an unsuccessful tactic)
- Determine a Plan B - Backup Plan
